摘要(Abstract)：

干扰素γ(Interferon gamma,IFNγ)是体内重要的细胞因子,能够通过调控免疫相关基因的转录协调机体的免疫反应。本文对IFNγ的生物学功能(主要包括诱导机体的抗病毒状态、抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、免疫调节)及其应用的研究进展作一综述。
