摘要(Abstract)：

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是缺乏开放阅读框架,长度约为200 nt～100 000 bp,且不编码蛋白质的转录本。lncRNA的表达受到发育调控,具有组织及细胞特异性。目前认为,lncRNA执行重要的生物学功能,涉及转录调控、细胞内物质运输和染色体重塑,参与细胞分化、生长发育、应激反应和疾病发生发展等多种生物学进程。本文在介绍lncRNA的特征、分类、调控机制的基础上,重点对lncRNA的生物学功能进行综述。
