摘要(Abstract)：

目的比较两种不同品牌培养袋对细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(cytokine-induced killer,CIK)分化增殖效果的影响,为CIK细胞扩增培养方法提供依据。方法采集10例肿瘤患者静脉血,分离单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC),采用CIK培养方案进行诱导培养,分别使用A、B两种培养袋扩增同一来源细胞。培养14 d后检测细胞终浓度、细胞活率,流式细胞术分析细胞表型。结果同一患者细胞使用A、B两种培养袋扩增14 d,B组总细胞数和活细胞数均显著高于A组(P均<0.01);两组CD3+CD56+表型细胞比率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组CD3+CD8+CD56+表型细胞比率显著大于A组(P<0.05)。结论 B培养袋培养细胞的增殖倍数大于A培养袋,B培养袋较A培养袋有更好的CIK细胞扩增效果。
