禽坦布苏病毒的研究进展Progress in research on avian Tembusu virus

摘要(Abstract):
近年来,我国许多鸡、鸭主要养殖区相继出现以产蛋率急剧下降,卵巢出血为主要病变,以死淘率高、发病急、传播迅速为特点的禽类疾病。目前认为该病由一种新型的未分类黄病毒——坦布苏病毒引起,给中国的禽类养殖业造成了巨额损失。本文就禽坦布苏病毒病的生物学特性、临床症状及病理变化、基因组及编码蛋白、检测方法的建立等研究进展作一综述,以期为该病的深入研究提供参考。
