摘要(Abstract)：

过继免疫细胞治疗作为一种新的方法已用于常规治疗无效的实体肿瘤,在肿瘤的治疗中有着巨大的应用潜力。细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞(cytokine-induced killer,CIK)是人外周血单个核细胞经多种细胞因子体外扩增所得的一群异质细胞。CIK兼有T淋巴细胞的强大抗瘤活性和自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells,NK)非主要组织相容性复合体(major histochompatibility complex,MHC)限制杀瘤特点,对多种实体肿瘤有较好的疗效。本文就CIK细胞的生物学特点、杀瘤机制及其临床疗效的最新进展进行综述。
